BURLEY – High Desert Milk is a co-op established in 2001 by a group of dairy farmers to market the milk from their dairies. All the owners graduated from Cassia County schools. In 2008, facility was built to produce non-fat dry milk.
In appreciation to the area, and to encourage the young people to go on to college and hopefully return to this area after they have earned a degree, a scholarship program was set up to reward the area youth for academic excellence.
This year, High Desert Milk is proud to announce the $1000 scholarships awarded to outstanding seniors at six local high schools from a very competitive pool of applicants. Those presented with

attending Utah State University; Minico High School, Dakota Goff attending Utah State University;
